What we collect
Almost nothing, directly. StateLawClock has no accounts, no comment forms, and no newsletter. We do not ask for, store, or sell personal information. Our hosting provider records standard, short-lived server logs (such as IP address and pages requested) to run the service, and we use privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics to count visits in aggregate.
Advertising
This site is funded by advertising served by Google AdSense. Google and its partners may use cookies or similar technologies to serve ads, including personalized ads, based on your visits to this and other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies is described in its advertising policies. You can opt out of personalized advertising at Google Ads Settings.
Visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland are shown a consent message before any advertising cookies are set, and can decline or change their choice at any time through that message.
Third-party links
We link to official state statute websites as sources. Those sites have their own privacy practices, which we don't control.
Children
This site is a legal reference intended for adults and is not directed at children under 13.
